With this license, Simply The Best Designs agrees to allow you to use any purchased content from Simply The Best Digiscraps website for your own commercial purposes. However, Simply The Best Designs will retain all copyrights, titles and intellectual property rights to any content you use.
Restrictions
1. You can't claim any of our content/images/supplies as your own or put your copyright information on our content as is. You must incorporate our content into your own unique design to use it. Placing 2 or more of our items together without any of your own elements does NOT make it a unique design of your own.
2. You may NOT sell or redistribute our content as they are here or as stand alone items on your own site. Remember, they MUST be incorporated into your own unique design.
3. You CANNOT make a compilation of the content from this site and sell or redistribute it. Again, you MUST incorporate our content into your own unique design to use it.
4. All images and content on this website are registered with the U.S. Copyright Right Office to Simply The Best Designs. By purchasing a Commercial Use License you are agreeing to these terms of use and we will pursue legal action against anyone who infringes upon our intellectual property rights and/or violates these terms of use.
5. You may recolor and/or resize items from our site with this agreement. However, those items may NOT be redistributed in any way as your own.
