For those who would like to use content from this site for Commercial Purposes, we offer a Commercial Use License.

With this license, Simply The Best Designs agrees to allow you to use content from the Simply The Best Designs website for your own commercial purposes. However, Simply The Best Designs will retain all copyrights, titles and intellectual property rights to any content you use.
Along with this license we also offer larger, higher resolution images for most of the tubes and elements you find on our site. Once you have purchased a license, simply email us at admin@simplythebestdesigns.com and let us know which tubes, elements, kits, etc. you would like and once we verify reciept of your payment we'll send the requested files to the email address you give us.

Restrictions

1. You can't claim any of our content/images/supplies as your own or put your copyright information on our content as is. You must incorporate our content into your own unique design to use it. Placing 2 or more of our items together without any of your own elements does NOT make it a unique design of your own.

2. You may NOT sell or redistribute our content as they are here or as stand alone items on your own site. Remember, they MUST be incorporated into your own unique design.

3. You CANNOT make a compilation of the content from this site and sell or redistribute it. Again, you MUST incorporate our content into your own unique design to use it.

4. You may recolor and/or resize items from our site with this agreement. However, those items may NOT be redistributed in any way as your own.

5. All images and content on this website are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office to Simply The Best Designs. By purchasing a Commercial Use License you are agreeing to these terms of use and we will pursue legal action against anyone who infringes upon our intellectual property rights and/or violates these terms of use.
